Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for technological, social, and economic shifts
- Produce strategic foresight reports and executive briefings on emerging opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into actionable innovation roadmaps and investment priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven trend validation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Copenhagen Institute)
