What You Will Do:
As our Future Tech Architect, you will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap that ensures our platforms are ready for the year 2026 and beyond. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies and ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of the technical vision for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, high-performance cloud-native architectures that leverage AI and machine learning capabilities.
- Pilot Emerging Tech: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, advanced edge computing) to determine feasibility for production.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect our data assets in an increasingly complex threat landscape.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements for development teams.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor system performance and drive optimization strategies to handle exponential data growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and microservices architecture.
- Future Tech Fluency: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML integration, data lakes, and next-gen communication protocols.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex technical challenges.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent is a plus.
