In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex backend logic and intuitive frontend experiences, working with a team of diverse professionals from around the world.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, designers, and international stakeholdersâto define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, code quality, and adherence to security standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices and regions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Backend Skills: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, and RESTful API development.
- English Proficiency: Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal) to communicate effectively with the global team.
- Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a remote-first, collaborative culture.
