Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Design and implement the core infrastructure roadmap for the 2026 initiative, focusing on scalability and future-proofing.
- AI & Spatial Integration: Lead the integration of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and spatial computing technologies into existing product suites.
- Tech Stack Strategy: Evaluate and select emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-ready frameworks, advanced neural networks) to maintain a competitive edge.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of cloud-native environments, ensuring high availability and minimal latency for global users.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Establish robust cybersecurity protocols and ensure all architectural designs adhere to data protection regulations.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent years of professional experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and leading high-impact technical projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and driving innovation in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
