Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex simulation platforms for the 2026 Initiative.
- Oversee the deployment and scaling of machine learning models and predictive algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to define technical requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards for future-proof codebases.
- Conduct rigorous performance tuning and optimization of distributed systems.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in early-stage development phases.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture and systems engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Proven track record of designing scalable cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
