- AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead the integration of generative AI and automation tools into core business workflows.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure adherence to global data privacy standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and Python.
- Futuristic Tech Savvy: Demonstrated ability to evaluate and implement emerging technologies (e.g., Web3, Quantum Computing concepts) relevant to the 2026 horizon.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent is highly preferred.
