Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of hardware and software for new employees.
- Monitor IT systems and resolve routine technical issues via phone and email.
- Provide friendly and patient support to non-technical staff regarding software applications.
- Maintain accurate records of technical tickets and issue resolution in the helpdesk system.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve technical knowledge.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to learn best practices for system maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy (familiarity with Windows, macOS, and common office software).
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and troubleshoot problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to relocate to Sacramento, CA.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
