Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant code.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the engineering team.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity across our distributed systems.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Identify and resolve critical bugs and performance bottlenecks with urgency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and RESTful API design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
