Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Architect and implement high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js) and cloud-native technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices and security standards.
- System Design: Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimization: Analyze application performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure lightning-fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Customer Success to deliver features on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile environment.
