Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Lead code reviews, architectural planning, and technical decision-making for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to handle increasing user loads.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate in full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and at least one major backend language (Java, Python, or C#).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
