Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement robust security best practices and ensure data integrity in all software solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture planning to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with at least one major backend language (Java, C#, Python) and one major frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
