Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure full-stack solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance, database queries, and load times.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong expertise in Node.js, Python, or Java with RESTful API development experience.
- Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
