Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural planning, and technical strategy discussions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across devices.
- Conduct debugging and troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with React or Vue.js for front-end development and Node.js or Python for back-end services.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for cross-team collaboration.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to complete the visa sponsorship process.
