Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment, for our core fintech platforms.
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using Node.js and Python.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring 99.9% uptime and sub-100ms response times.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
