Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Architect and optimize database schemas and microservices to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to the development team to maintain code quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify technical risks and implement proactive strategies to mitigate them in a fast-moving Agile environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and a major backend language (Java, Go, or Python).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for staying current with emerging technologies.
