Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 & Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot complex IT issues for a diverse client base.
- Perform system installations, upgrades, and patch management.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve system reliability and performance.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate IT asset inventory.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance software proficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid IT certification (CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent) is a plus.
