Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in React or Angular, including state management (Redux, MobX).
- Backend: Solid understanding of Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Database: Experience with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
