As a Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the software development lifecycle, driving technical strategy and ensuring the delivery of world-class digital products.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-quality software solutions using modern web technologies (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in technical planning sessions, sprint reviews, and architectural decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
