In this role, you will lead the architectural design of our core products, mentor junior talent, and drive technical excellence across the board.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for coding standards, documentation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize application performance in a multi-cloud environment.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Participate in architectural planning sessions to ensure long-term system scalability and reliability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Must be willing to relocate to Tampa, FL to join the in-office team.
