Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.Maintain and refactor legacy codebases to improve efficiency and security.Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices.Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to ensure deployment stability.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and ORM tools.Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to relocate to Madison, WI (Relocation assistance provided).
