Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies (React, Node.js, TypeScript).
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsive user interfaces on all devices.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure product stability and security.
- Drive technical decisions that impact product scalability and maintainability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and RESTful API design.
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Must be willing and able to relocate to Phoenix, AZ.
