Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement robust, scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, security, and latency to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Agile Methodology: Participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project momentum.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or similar frameworks).
- Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
