Core Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop high-performance, responsive web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Conduct code reviews, implement best practices, and ensure code quality and security standards.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with React.js and modern front-end frameworks.
- Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
