Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Lead technical strategy and mentorship for junior developers, fostering a culture of code excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across all devices and browsers.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native architectures.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Expert proficiency in React.js and Node.js (or equivalent modern stacks).
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
