Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using React and Node.js.
- Lead architectural discussions and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and perform root cause analysis for production issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
