Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Lead code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentor junior developers to foster team growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and user stories.
- Maintain and optimize the performance, reliability, and security of our core systems.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Stay current with industry trends and propose technical improvements to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Deep experience with React.js, Node.js, or similar full-stack technologies.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
