Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable backend and frontend architectures using modern technologies.
- Lead Frontend Innovation: Spearhead the adoption of next-generation frameworks (React, Next.js) to create immersive user experiences.
- AI Integration: Collaborate with data scientists to integrate generative AI models into user-facing applications.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across all platforms and devices.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Write clean, maintainable code and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize cloud resources (AWS/GCP) to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in web technologies.
- Frontend Mastery: Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, CSS Modules).
- Backend Skills: Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Go, with experience building RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
- Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, with experience in schema design and optimization.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
