Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance full-stack architectures aligned with 2026 industry standards.
- Lead the development of complex web applications using React, Node.js, and modern cloud infrastructure.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility for a global audience.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for the engineering team.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to accelerate delivery cycles.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development with a strong focus on modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Deep expertise in React (Frontend) and Node.js/Python (Backend).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Proven ability to mentor teams and lead technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
