Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Lead architectural discussions and drive technical decision-making processes for complex projects.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to handle high traffic loads.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers) to define and execute product requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust debugging and monitoring solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on clean code and user experience.
