Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA) to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and high reliability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architectural planning to production deployment.
- Implement security best practices and data protection protocols.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and a backend language (Node.js, Java, or Go).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
