Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical feedback to foster team growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver features.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, or Angular.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
