Role Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will bridge the gap between design and implementation. You will own key features from conception to deployment, ensuring our products are not only functional but also delightful to use. You will mentor junior developers and collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js/Python).
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical architecture discussions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep experience with React.js and a modern frontend framework or library.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
