Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Node.js, Python, and React
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL/MongoDB) and API response times
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate requirements into pixel-perfect interfaces
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Docker for seamless deployments
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at tech meetups
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
- Expertise in React, Node.js, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of shipping production applications with 99.9% uptime
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL principles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira project management
- Portfolio demonstrating full-stack projects with complex state management
