Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.
- Optimize application performance, security, and database efficiency.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices and architectural patterns.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
