Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with back-end technologies, specifically Node.js or Python.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Demonstrated ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
