Responsibilities
- Architect and implement full-stack solutions using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure-as-code initiatives
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across microservices
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive performance optimization and security enhancements
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expertise in React, Node.js, and relational/NoSQL databases
- Strong AWS certification (Solutions Architect Professional preferred)
- Proven track record leading CI/CD implementation
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems
- Excellent problem-solving with algorithmic thinking
- Agile/Scrum methodology mastery
- Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience
