Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Lead technical architecture decisions and code reviews to ensure best practices and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
- Optimize application performance, security, and responsiveness across all platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expert knowledge of at least one major frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and one backend technology (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
