Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across all devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and technical mentoring of junior developers.
- Identify and resolve bugs and technical issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Express, or Python).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative Agile environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Indianapolis, IN and work on-site.
