Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new employee workstations and access accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn best practices and improve system stability.
- Perform routine maintenance on company devices and peripherals.
- Conduct basic security awareness training for staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus but not required).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and a passion for problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain necessary visas and work authorization for the USA.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
