Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-availability web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize database queries and application performance for speed and efficiency.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain code quality.
- Participate in agile sprints and contribute to technical roadmap planning.
- Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux, and Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
