Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to deployment using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, QA, infrastructure) to ensure seamless execution
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement risk mitigation protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and provide executive-level progress reports
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of IT project management experience with enterprise-level deployments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven expertise in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project tools
- Strong background in cloud migration (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Willingness to travel to North Carolina sites (10-20%)
