- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and project logs accessible to the entire remote workforce.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues independently and provide creative solutions to roadblocks.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field (Remote or On-site).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing remote teams effectively.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with high discipline and strong time management skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with cloud platforms, project management software, and communication tools.
