Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Lead the design and implementation of high-quality, scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Performance Tuning: Analyze application performance and optimize database queries to ensure fast load times and efficiency.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, share technical knowledge, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
