Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and product managers, to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to foster team growth.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bugs promptly.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong back-end development skills with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
