Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using modern technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, Python).
- System Optimization: Collaborate with the backend team to optimize database performance and improve application response times.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and Agile methodologies.
- Remote Collaboration: Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews via virtual channels.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose innovative solutions to enhance product functionality.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and provide technical insights to the wider team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development with a strong focus on the JavaScript ecosystem.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with experience in CSS frameworks like Tailwind or Bootstrap.
- Backend: Solid understanding of Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Remote Work: Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
