Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for global deployment across 3 AWS regions
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) with distributed teams
- Implement robust security protocols for GDPR/CCPA compliance
- Collaborate with UX designers to pixel-perfect frontend implementations
- Contribute to open-source projects and tech blog publications
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in full-stack development (React/Node.js required)
- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ production-level web applications
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, Notion)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong written English communication skills
- Proven ability to work across time zones (UTC-7 to UTC+5 coverage)
- Valid US work authorization or visa sponsorship eligibility
