Responsibilities
- Assist senior software developers in designing, coding, and testing new applications.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) within an Agile framework.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and design.
- Attend daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to track project progress.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for and willing to obtain a J1 Trainee Visa sponsorship.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal) to communicate effectively with US colleagues.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- A valid passport that remains valid for at least 6 months beyond the employment start date.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to undergo a standard background check and drug screening.
