Responsibilities
- Architect and implement responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Lead agile development cycles, conducting code reviews and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior developers and document technical specifications
- Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Implement security best practices and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Drive innovation through hackathons and tech talks
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in full-stack development with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ production-level applications
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Experience with international development teams preferred
