Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices and clean code.
- Optimize application performance, security, and user experience across all devices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in the full SDLC, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
