The Role:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance. You will lead architectural decisions and mentor junior engineers, ensuring our codebase remains robust and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, speed, and responsiveness to ensure an excellent user experience.
- Maintain and refactor legacy code to improve system stability and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
